How do you work with clients?+
We scope your project, give you a fixed itemised quote, then build in focused weekly milestones. You review working software as each milestone lands, no big reveal at the end.
How fast can you ship?+
Most projects ship in weeks rather than months. Your quote includes a timeline estimate based on the scope; a small senior team plus AI tooling is what makes the pace possible.
Is the price really fixed?+
Yes, the quote is a fixed price derived from the agreed scope, not an open-ended hourly estimate. If our scope review materially changes the price, your deposit is fully refundable and you're under no obligation to proceed.
Who owns the code and IP?+
You do. On full payment, ownership of the delivered software and its source code transfers to you, excluding third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed to you for use in the work.
What if the scope changes mid-project?+
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and transparently before we do it, no surprise invoices.
Do you offer support after launch?+
Yes. Ongoing maintenance and support are available and quoted separately from the build.
Where are you based?+
We're a Brisbane, Australia studio (Maigic Pty Ltd) and work with clients wherever they are. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.
