When you request a quote we collect your name, email, company and the project details you provide. If you pay a deposit, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

How we use it

• To generate your scope and quote, and to deliver work you engage us for.
• To contact you about your quote or project.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run this product, for example our hosting, database, payment and email providers, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Automated processing

Your project description is processed by an AI model to produce a scope and quote. A human reviews quotes before any engagement proceeds.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@maigic.com.au.
